It is almost Valentine’s Day, and most of you with a significant other in your life are probably planning something special to do with your mate. And while a romantic evening together sounds great, you are really very concerned about your body and how you look.
Here are two things you can do now to look good on Valentine’s Day:
1. Start doing interval training and metabolic resistance training.
The best way to lose weight quickly is to use the best fat burning types of exercise. You can even find a good home workout program that will utilize both of these. Stop wasting time doing long, boring cardio.
2. Cut out all sugar, grains, and dairy.
If you eliminate these classic foods that contribute to storing extra fat you will notice a difference almost immediately. Most people don’t realize that these foods that are touted as healthy and good for us are actually loaded with substances that can promote weight gain.
